• Hi. I've never heard of that. As this is a Roku TV, it's already preloaded, you just have to log in (or create a Roku acct if you don't have one). It shouldn't cost anything.

This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free).
