“Is there a way to fully power off the tv without having to use the sleep timer? I have an LED light strip that plugs into the USB that stays on after I turn it off, and the external speakers (DOC) that that should come on as well, but don't.”

If you have "Fast TV start" enabled, the USB will remain powered. However, if you do not have "Fast TV start" enabled, the USB will lose power after approximately 15 minutes. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
