“Can I connect this to JBL portable bluetooth speaker?”

• Technically possible but impractical. 99% of all portable BT speakers auto power off with inactivity. Would have to manually turn it back on every time TV is used. Plus the audio benefit would be minimal if any over the internal speakers. Portable and soundbar speakers are miles apart in functionality and performance.
