You can always order replacement accessories through any of our authorized resellers. Such as "https://encompass.com/brands/tcl". However, if you have a smart phone you can also download the Roku mobile app which acts as a remote and allows for private listening among other features. To use the mobile app to turn on the TV you need to have "Fast TV start" enabled, and the TV needs to be connected to the Internet. You can also turn on the TV with the physical power button on the TV located below the TV logo along the center bottom of the TV. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
