This TCL Roku TV is designed and engineered to be sued within the US. As such, if taken to a different region, there may be limitations of the content available and software supported. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

From my understanding of the tv there is not an App Store. You can search for a particular app on the by my clicking search and entering the name it should show up on the home screen. As far as it working in your country would contact your cable provider. The TV itself works off the internet. So as long as you have WiFi you should be able to access the apps.
