“Last night all sound stopped working with the exception of any of the navigational sounds (clicking sound when I scroll or make selections). I did a factory reset which fixed the issue... for 24 hours. I'm experiencing the issue again. Is my TV faulty?”

That is exactly what happened to ours. Did you use the pin hole reset on the back of the TV? Shortly after the sound went, the picture failed.
