“The TV box upon pickup cannot stand straight up in my SUV. I'm fine on depth & width but about 3" shy on height so would have to lay it sideways or tilt to get into my car. This website says TV cannot lay flat for transport. Is that so? I'm 5 miles away.”

• We did not know that when we purchased it. We had ours flat and drove 25 miles. No issues.

• All of our TVs and packing are designed to withstand the rigors of shipping. However, it is not recommended to transport the TV sideways or tilted as it may cause damage to the TV. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
