• Yes there's a Ethernet port and yes all features will work as normal.

• Yes, the ROKU OS will operate normally when hooked up to ethernet only. You may not be able to use the ROKU phone app, if you have it, to control the TV as the phone and the TV have to be connected to the same wi-fi system.
