I don’t see those lines. How are you connected to the internet and what’s your bandwidth and traffic demand by competing devices. What speed router are you running? Try connect via Ethernet (hardwired) to see if it goes away. Maybe you aren’t getting full resolution if it’s starved for thruput from the router and or wifi and is reducing resolution. Maybe TCL tech can detail it for you
