“I purchased a floor model tcl roku w/o remote. I had to factory reset to get the feature display off. Now I can't select English nor can i get the roku remote I purchased to work. Help”

• I found my TCL Roku the worst Tv I ever purchased! Fortunately I was able to return it to Best Buy for a full refund.
