Can I turn off the HDR? null

Any HDR stream entering the TV will activate the appropriate HDR processing circuitry (HLG, HDR10, Dolby Vision) automatically. There Is no way to shut down HDR.

HDR cannot be manually turned off. If the content you are watching supports HDR, HDR will automatically enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
