QuestionI want to use this unit primarily to play a slideshow of my own jpgs and mp4's with random photos and transitions. Can this be accomplished via thumbdrive or is there a google app that can do it? Thank you.

QuestionIs there a way to keep the art mode on the TV? I will manually put art mode on (also why does it have to be a manually done???) then within 30mins-1hr it switches over to google tv Ambient Mode which is the screensaver & not the art I had selected?

- Answer I think I have figured it out. The answer is you have to turn off Ambient mode. This YouTube video tells you how. I put my TCL NXT frame into art mode 30 minutes ago and it’s stayed there. Hope this helps others! https://youtu.be/X1HlofX1Z34?si=ADGqRZi__4TTVtxk

QuestionDoes the TCL Model 55A300W support Auracast? Auracast allows direct sound connection to hearing aids. It allows audio to be broadcast by one device and picked up by other devices without going through a pairing device. Thank you

- Answer Our TCL TVs featuring Google TV support Bluetooth and can be paired with compatible audio devices that also support and pair via Bluetooth. It does not support Auracast. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
