- Answer Replacement parts for TVs can be purchased by our authorized reseller at encompass.com/brands/tcl. However, if you are trying to replace the panel on your TV it may be more cost effective to purchase a new TV, as a majority of the cost of the TV is the panel. Hope this helps! QuestionOwn this tv, cannot get my older RCA surround sound to connect. No matter what I have tried. Anyone have trouble connecting their surround sound? If so did you find a solution?

- Answer Try putting audio in tv settings in PCM mode instead of auto this only works on my older vizio soundbar using a optical digital cable .Sometimes older optical cables can be finicky wiggle around if sound does not come on try a new cable.Also download the online manual @ TCL.com if not already it has allot of good info i wouldn't have figured on my own.Good luck.

QuestionHow do you change channels on the TV for the Antenna? Say I want to go from channel 5.2 to 18.3. How would that work? I see no numbers on the remote in the screenshots.

- Answer The TV has no numbers but when you go to "Antenna" on the roku home page you can click the arrow to the left and you will get a list of channels, the TV is extremely fast and for the quality is worth it

QuestionWhy don't i see the 120hz on my 4k TCL wirh a 4k Hdmi cable? It still is in 60hz no motion. Is there a setting somewhere you can change it from 60 to 120 I don't see one anywhere?

- Answer No, you cannot change the refresh rate from 60 to 120. This TV does not have 'true' 120hz refresh rate; specs list it as having true refresh of 60hz and 'motion enhancement technology' (Motion Enhancement Technology Every TV has a native refresh rate (the Hz shown), an important factor in motion clarity. In addition to refresh rate, look for proprietary technologies that help deliver smooth, seamless pictures.). - Answer You can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. - Answer ROKU doesnt cost you anything, but that doesnt give you much from a streaming standpoint... If you want anything of value service wise you still have to pay a monthly fee for that.
