A:AnswerTry putting audio in tv settings in PCM mode instead of auto this only works on my older vizio soundbar using a optical digital cable .Sometimes older optical cables can be finicky wiggle around if sound does not come on try a new cable.Also download the online manual @ TCL.com if not already it has allot of good info i wouldn't have figured on my own.Good luck.
