• ROKU doesnt cost you anything, but that doesnt give you much from a streaming standpoint... If you want anything of value service wise you still have to pay a monthly fee for that.

• The Roku service is included, however, some of the apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. require a seperate subscription in order to access their content.
