QuestionWhat is the difference between 4 Series, 5 Series and 6 Series TCL 55" Tv's? Other than the price, I really don't see a difference other than the series number. Please help.

- Answer Each series build on each other. All of these series are 4K UHD, have HDR support, and have a Roku operating system. The 5-Series and 6-Series additionally have Dolby Vision support and wide color gamut. The 6-Series also had CCZ technology. QuestionI keep reading that most of the built in streaming devices (Roku, Fire, Chromecast) don't work the best. Are you still able to hook up your own streaming box, Apple or Roku, and not have the TV want to force you to use the internal device?

- Answer For this 55 inch model, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 38.2 inches. So a stand would need to be at lease this wide. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer The TVs have a button for voice search and emit a very bright light while turned off (i put tape over my light / camera) , likely for monitoring the owner. These are data mining TVs that is why they are much cheaper than their American counterparts parts. There is even a button for voice search on the remotes these other comments are completely false.

- Answer On the remote their is a star button just above the forward one and go to picture size and you can change to stretch works good for older movies and direct for everything else .Tcl has a manual online it is very informative at Tcl.com pick model and download pdf.This has very good settings and only knew of by looking at manual.You can also pause live tv for 90minutes if you put 32 gb flash drive in usb port on side.I picked the 3.0 version.Hope this helps.

QuestionDoes this TCL Smart TV have a lot of glare with lights on or from windows in the room? Also, does it seem ot be an issue if a viewer is to the side and not straight on looking at it? Thanks!

- Answer Currently, our TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port.
