“I have a issue with motion blur, motion control, whatever you want to call it. The fact that this Tv is only 60mhz. Is this going to be a problem? I usually turn that function off on Samsung, which is 120mhz. Thank you”

No, it's not a problem. Video is shot and broadcast in 60 MHz. Anything faster is a facade unless you're playing video games.
