If your asking if you can "cast" to the tv wirelessly like the way Vizio tvs work then no and yes. The tv has a Roku built into it so you just download whatever app(Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Youtube etc) and log into your account and stream away. Now depending on the app, youtube for example, you can use a mobile device (tablet/phone) to find what u want to watch then just tap the cast icon. The same works with Multiple other apps
