Q: QuestionLook at this TCL and the LG C3 42" price points are basically double for the LG. Under features and specs both have hdmi 2.1, VRR, 120hrz, hDR. My question is will there be much of a difference playStation 5 on the TCL and could you fell the difference

• A:Answer If you’re trying to use an HDMI cable, the ARC port is the only one that will work, and it’s not marked on the TV, but it is port 3. I had trouble figuring that out because all my other TV’s it’s port 1.

Q: QuestionI just bought (2) of the 55" Q5 Smart TVs and am very satisfied. Unfortunately the TVs only had 2 of 4 vesa mounting screws included. Where can I get 4 more small black vesa screws to complete mounting?

• A:Answer There are a total of 4 mounting holes. 2 of them have screws in them, and should be removed. This TV utilizes M6 screws for mounting purposes. The length of the screw depends on the mount you are using. Different mounts may have different thicknesses and some people elect to use spacers. This is why the length depends on your specific setup and hardware. Most mounts come with a "screw kit" that has various screw sizes in different lengths.
