“Hi, I just purchased this TV yesterday and asked an associate was there any problems with it and they informed me the TV was perfect. I completed setting up the TV and can not get the sound to work. I have tried all troubleshooting and volume solutions.”

If you’re trying to use an HDMI cable, the ARC port is the only one that will work, and it’s not marked on the TV, but it is port 3. I had trouble figuring that out because all my other TV’s it’s port 1.
