“How do you get the tv to start up on the input you need without having to select it from the Home Screen every time”

• You cannot do that on this TV. It is a Roku based TV so it will always start up on the Roku screen. You can, however, move the icons/inputs around on the menu screen to make them more convenient to click on once the TV starts up.
