“Is there an issue with the eARC function? I bought the 65r646 a week ago and had it connected to my Denon receive with audio coming from the TV's app not another connected device. Everything was working great until today. I get "eARC not connected" now.”

Not relevant to my set-up, but I understand eARC has to be enabled through the settings menu.
