Built into this tv the answer is no. I did find this: Get this:https://www.amazon.com/Zettaguard-Wireless-Switcher-Switches-ZW410/dp/B01BV1XBIY/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=pip+switch&qid=1570157648&sr=8-8 It allows any TV to have the PIP function.

No, this TV does not support picture-in-picture or split view. This is really a limitation of the Roku OS as Roku only allows one streaming channel or input a time.
