“Will TCL be coming out with models that support both the ATSC 3.0 broadcast standard and eARC? My understanding that both will be needed to enjoy future broadcasts of 4K video with lossless sound.”

As far as future models I'm sure it they will. Just a note that on this particular TV the last firmware update gave the ability for eARC connection. Just have to go into system setting and make sure your fully updated.
