Absolutely! If you are using an external device connected through the HDMI please make sure that the HDMI port is set to 2.0. In order to do this go to Home>Settings>TV Inputs>Select the HDMI your device is connected to>HDMI Mode>2.0. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
