QuestionAny TCL TVs offer consistent volume without the constant volume adjustments?

- Answer I've had no problems with the volume consistency on this model. Like when you have to crank it to 100 to hear the dialouge and then the action kicks in and blows the windows out. I've just set the volume where I want it and it's fine.

QuestionThere is a symmetrical space the top of my TV. It appears to be a gap between the screen and the back of the TV. Is this present in all TCL - 65" Class QM7K Series 4K UHD HDR QD Mini LED Smart TV's? Or does mine have an issue? Thank you for your help.

- Answer Mine did. The back had separated from the bezel on the back. I carefully popped it back into place without touching the screen. It’s staying for now. I have the qm6k.
