All are 2.0. It should work with local dimming. This panel is similar to qm6k with low refresh rate.

However, this TV does feature Game Accelerator 144 and Motion Rate 240 with MEMC Frame Insertion which combines multiple motion enhancement technologies for best-in-class motion clarity.
