“Why the Bluetooth dot doesn’t appear in my sound bar?? I have connected it before but it doesn’t appear anymore, I can’t connected to my phone.”

• Unplug both sound bar/subwoofer from power source wait at least one minute then plug bar in first then sub back in. Re-pair Bluetooth to phone if necessary.
