“My sub has developed a weird almost rattle sound. Every thing seems to be held in place. It's almost like a popping sound. Any suggestions? I've disconnected it and repaired. Also I can't get access to WiFi to see if there is a software update.”

• Same problem here. I contacted TCL, answered some questions and now they don't reply anymore.
