HOW CAN IT BE 5.1 WITHOUT REAR SPEAKERS null

You wont be able to tell.. ised to use Klipsch speakers all around and switch to soundbars...less clutter etc. They sound the same or.better

The main bar incorporates not only the left, center, and right channels, but also uses our unique RAY Danz technology to steer the sound from the incorporated rear channel to the sides and even behind the listener.
