• The energy is the same regardless of the charger used. A kilowatt is a kilowatt. It’s the speed that differs dependent on the voltage and amperage you supply

• A Level 1 charger is less efficient (around 80%) than a Level 2 charger (around 90%). So for a full charge it would use more energy.

• This comes with a level 2 adapter that can draw up to ~6kWh. The max a level 2 charger in the us could draw is ~19kWh. So no, this will not draw more that the standard level 2 charger is allowed to.
