There is No Offline Mode Unfortunately it’s Actually 1 player Network only

Online and playstation plus required. You can import ur cars from the old crew if you played the other ones so u dont lose them.

From what I have viewed of my son playing I believe the game has both online and offline playing options.

Both online players drive around the map at all times
