• A:Answer This only the "upgrade" so you also need to buy/own the base game. AND... in spite of the title saying "Windows" the code for this product can only be updated through Microsoft's Xbox Services platform. Do NOT buy this if you own Oblivion via Steam, Epic, GoG, etc. - the code ONLY works if you're gaming through Xbox services on the PC (or a console).
