• Yes it comes with the bonus material! BestBuy sends the code to your email address for redemption on the PlayStation store.

• You will get additional in-game items at time of launch. In other words, Yes. If you purchased any edition (other than the standard Last of Us 2) then you'll receive it at time of launch/purchase.
