• The only upgrade pack that are available in the Switch Online expansion pack are the Zelda ones. You will need to buy the Mario Party and Kirby ones separately if you want to get those.

• Yes. You don't need to buy the upgrade packs as long as you're subscribe to Nintendo's online service. When your sub expires, then so will the upgrades.
