Probably Black Friday had it blocked. It's most likely working now, you should try asking your store's associates to look it up

Taken directly from the FAQ: Can I combine my 20% discount with Black Friday promotions? No, the 20% discount cannot be combined with promotions advertised in Best Buy's Thanksgiving Day physical ad or expanded digital ad. Any early access offers to those promotions are also excluded from combining with the 20% discount.
