When will this become available to preorder? null

The item went up for presale yesterday (2/8), and then every half hour or hour it was back up for a split second. Around 11pm (est) it popped up again as people suspected these were cancelled orders. Has not been available since, I don't know if best buy will take more pre-orders or not.
