Depends on your morals really, but personally I'd think it to be immoral. Sure, it sounds like a half-decent idea of putting scalpers in their place, but then there's another thing to consider... There are still many people that haven't yet managed to pre-order for the ToTK CE. Imagine the emotions they would feel upon finding out that you had managed to secure a pre-order for the ToTK CE the same way scalpers do?
