Hate to break it to you, but Best Buy genuinely doesn't care. We're literally dollar signs on an earnings reports, otherwise they would have done ANYTHING by now... considering this has been for over a decade now, they don't care about their customers getting raked over the coals by scalpers, that or they're also scalping, like TicketMaster. But yes, it's an absolute mess of a process for human users. I'd imagine by design.
