You can order both but they have to be in separate transactions. Unfortunately, logging in and going into a virtual queue and only allowing one big-ticket item per customer per order is due to scalpers during the height of the COVID pandemic (PS5/Xbox consoles are the example I’ll use). During that time frame scalpers were buying out entire inventory at stores using bots and caused honest, hard working people to miss out or pay exorbitant amounts of money for the consoles. Because of this Best Buy now requires the login, virtual queue and limit on items per customer/purchase.
