Good luck fineing out. Its ridiculous. Im in the same exact boat. Could have ordered a code from Amazon, Target or elsewhere and would have gotten the code instantly or shortly after. Either give us the code or refumd our money so hat we can purchase it elsewhere without the issues. Then have the nerve to have a general.statement that says the code was emailed to you when it actuality never was.
