Does this include removing eye bags? null

It does nothing for under eye bags. I bought it for this very purpose. I returned the item.

Yes. I have recommended this to others and it does remove their bags. For me, I have allergies and sinus issues so it does not remove my undereye bags. It does keep them in check and brings me great releif.
