Hi, yes, you can absolutely use the Theragun Prime Gen 5 without Wi-Fi or the app. The device is fully functional on its own, simply power it on and cycle through the five built-in speed settings directly on the gun. App connectivity is optional and only needed for guided routines and additional customization.
