• For the stainless surface we use a soft dish rag with warm water and dish soap. No abrasive scrub pad! On the grill and gas diffuser however, a scotchbrite pad and soap works well.

• Hello Chris, thank you for your question and interest in model number SGSX365TS. The entire cooktop can be safely cleaned by wiping with a soapy sponge, then rinsing and drying.
