“The volume on the timer is so low you need to be right beside the oven to hear. You certainly couldn’t be in the next room listening to music. We believe it is at max volume. Is it defective or does thermador think we don’t want to be disturbed?”

Mine is too low also… that’s why I’m researching how to turn it up!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just got my new Thermador oven last week and have used it twice so far. I noticed the same thing. The timer is ridiculously quiet. You would think this would be easy for them to fix. I had to stand in front of it and watch the countdown before I heard it the first time. Thermador told me that it would be useful to rely on my phone app for the notifications. Will try that but hate to think I have to have my phone nearby when I'm cooking.
