Mary, I am not sure which one of us is the lucky one. You have had yours for 9 months and it has not worked. And I have been waiting for mine to be delivered for 10 months now. It has been scheduled for delivery 4 or 5 times, and they never contact me to let me know it will not be delivered. I simply have sat home on those occassions only to call them and find out it was not coming. Best Buy has not been honest with me, and after 10 months of intolerable falsehoods I finally cancelled my order today. So I find myself now 10 months later to be looking again for an appliance I needed, and paid for, 10 months ago. Good luck getting Bestbuy to respond to you. It took me 2 or 3 tries to get someone to communicate with me each time I needed to, and never, ever received any completion on any inquiry I made. They just kept kicking the can down the road. I will never ever purchase anything from Best Buy again. In my opinion and based on my experience, they are nothing but a sales house, and care nothing for customers who spend their hard earned money with them. Sorry to hear of your bad experience as well.
