Yes. Normally radiator fans emphasize high levels of continual static pressure...force air through radiators like in water coolers. Case fans prioritize raw CFM (cubic feet per minute) to maximize airflow. But using a radiator fan for a case fan won't "hurt" it still moves air...

Absolutely, assuming that your case has standard dimensions. This fan can be installed facing either direction; I use one as a radiator fan and another as an exhaust (or case) fan.

yes this is a perfect case fan I am using 3 of these as case fans 2 as inlet and 1 as exhaust and they are pretty quiet and provide awesome air flow
