You need an AC to DC 4pin Molex power adapter and a 4pin Molex to 3pin fan adatper/cable.

For desktop computers - gets its power from 12volt connections from the power supply in the computer.

No, this is a low voltage dc fan and uses power from a computer power supply or motherboard.

I don’t believe it’s compatible with a standard wall outlet or USB adapter. This fan is meant to cool down the internals for a PC, and only includes a cable so that it will connect to the power source inside of a PC.

No you would need a computer power supply to achieve this, usually you can get one for under $40 and run a ton of fans. Unless you can modify a 12v adapter to work with the connector or connect the wire. Either way this is a 12v fan and will need an adapter.
