• Yes, this is a standard sized PSU. You may need to remove the shield that is in the case.

• I upgraded the PS in my iBuyPower 2020 covid special with no problems. The iBuyPower 9400f looks like it has mostly the same case aside from a different theme on the front. You should have no trouble installing this power supply.
