Would this work with a Dell optiplex 7010 sff null

Technically it could, but as the case is SFF and this is a full ATX power supply, you would have to drastically modify the case and use adapters to make it fit.

No! This an ATX style power supply and the 7010 uses a slimline type of supply, ( long slim low profile).
