Hello! The dash camera will still continuously record even it is not connected to your phone. The use of connecting the dash camera on your phone using the Thinkware application is to view the recorded videos or alter the settings of the dash camera. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No because you’re not actually saving anything onto your phone except the App. You only open the App while your car is running. You can easily share video footage as needed.
